Sikaflex PRO-3 Purform is a 1-component, elastic joint sealant with high mechanical and chemical resistance. Therefore, making it ideal for a wide range of construction applications.

Sika Sikaflex PRO-3 is designed for movement joints in floors in pedestrian and traffic areas. For instance, parking decks, car parks & warehouses. Similarly production
areas, applications in the food industry, sewage treatment plants, tunnel construction and in clean rooms.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The substrate must be clean, dry, sound and homogeneous, free from oils, grease, dust and loose or friable particles. Sikaflex PRO-3 adheres without primers or activators. However, for optimum adhesion and critical, high-performance applications, priming is advised.
APPLICATION METHOD / TOOLS
After the necessary substrate preparation, insert a suitable backing rod to the required depth and apply any primer if needed.
Insert a foil pack or cartridge into the sealant gun and extrude Sikaflex PRO-3 into the joint, making sure that it comes into full contact with the sides of the joint and avoids any air entrapment. Furthermore, do not use tooling products containing solvents.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
Clean all tools and application equipment immediately after use with Sika Remover-208, or similarly with Sika Top Clean T.
