30 Min Gel PU Wood Adhesive is a professional-grade, transparent polyurethane adhesive designed for a wide range of construction and woodworking applications. This one-component gel adhesive offers excellent water resistance (D4 classification) and a strong, fast-setting bond ideal for both interior environments with high humidity and outdoor conditions exposed to the elements. Its foaming action helps fill uneven gaps, ensuring solid adhesion even on irregular surfaces. The gel formulation allows for precise application, while the solvent-free composition makes it a more environmentally conscious choice.

Applications
30 Min Gel PU Wood Adhesive is designed for versatile use across both interior and exterior construction projects. It is particularly well-suited for bonding wood and various construction materials in environments where moisture or weather exposure is a factor.
Ideal for:
Interior applications with high humidity, such as kitchens and bathrooms
Exterior projects exposed to rain and changing weather
Bonding wooden frames, door and window joints that meet D4 water resistance standards
Securing insulation panels, including polystyrene
Gluing uneven or porous surfaces where gap filling is beneficial
Limitations
Despite its versatility, the adhesive has some restrictions:
Not suitable for bonding polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or PTFE (Teflon®) surfaces
Requires clamping during curing to achieve full bonding strength
Should be used on clean, dust- and grease-free surfaces
Cured adhesive cannot be removed chemically—only mechanically
Must be stored between +5°C and +25°C for optimal shelf life and performance
