Soudal Fix All Floor & Wall Adhesive is a ready to use, high quality flexible adhesive with high initial grab. Based on SMX Polymer Technology, Fix ALL Floor & Wall is a high performance full surface bonding adhesive, suitable for horizontal and vertical surfaces. Primerless adhesion on most construction materials, both porous (i.e. natural stone, etc.) and non-porous. Available in 4kg bucket.

Substrates
Substrates: all usual building substrates, Both porous and non-porous surfaces
Nature: Fix ALL Floor and Wall should be applied on a rigid, clean, permanently dry, dust and grease free surface which do not contain any loose parts, paint, wax, oil or other contaminants. Irregularities such as remaining concrete levelling, old adhesives may adversely affect adhesion. These need preferably to be removed mechanically for example by sanding or blasting. We recommend a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on every surface.
NOTICE: bonding plastics like PMMA (e.g. Plexi® glass), polycarbonate (e.g. Makrolon® or Lexan®) in stress loaded applications can give rise to stress cracking and crazing in these substrates. The use of Fix ALL Floor and Wall is not recommended in these applications. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE (eg Teflon®), bituminous substrates, copper or copper containing materials such as bronze and brass.

Soudal Fix All Floor & Wall Adhesive is ideal for elastomeric bonding of many types of sheet materials on walls and floors – tiles, stainless steel panel, splashbacks, wooden panelling, carpet tiles, natural stone cladding, PVCu hygienic cladding. No mixing or primer required. Can be used on damp and difficult substrates, horizontally or vertically.
APPLICATION
Application method: Apply the adhesive with the aid of an adhesive trowel under an angle of 60 ° on to the substrate.
Cleaning: Clean with Soudal Surface Cleaner or with Soudal Swipex, immediately after use.
LIMITATIONS
– Fix ALL Floor and Wall can be used for bonding of natural stone, but it cannot be used as a joint sealant on this type of surface. Fix ALL Floor and Wall can therefore only be used on the bottom of natural stone tiles.
– Fix ALL Floor and Wall can not be used as a glazing sealant.
– Given the great diversity in available paints it is recommended to do a compatibility test prior to application.
– Given the great diversity of possible surfaces, it is recommended to perform an adhesion test on both substrates prior to application.
– Do not use in applications where continuous water immersion is possible.
– When applying, make sure that the surface of the materials is not smudged with sealant.
