Soudaseal 250XF is a premium, one-component, neutral, elastic adhesive sealant based on SMX polymer technology. It offers very high initial tack for strong instant grip, reducing the need for mechanical support during installation. With fast curing, excellent adhesion to slightly damp surfaces, and long-lasting elasticity, it delivers reliable performance in a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications. It is also low odour, highly durable, weather and UV resistant, and can be painted with water-based paints once cured.

Application Method
Apply Soudaseal 250XF using a manual, pneumatic, or battery-powered caulking gun for smooth and controlled application.
Cleaning Method
Clean tools and uncured product immediately after use with White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner before the sealant cures.
Finishing Method
Finish and smooth the sealant with Finishing Solution before a skin begins to form.
Repair Method
For repairs, simply apply fresh Soudaseal 250XF over the existing material.
