⚠️ Limitations
Not Suitable for EPDM Rubber: Poor adhesion to EPDM surfaces.
Surface Must Be Clean and Rigid: Best results on rigid, clean, dry (or wet), dust- and grease-free surfaces.
Pre-treatment Needed for Porous Substrates: Very porous surfaces should be primed with diluted Water Stop (10–15% white spirit).
Not for Decorative Use: Designed for functional, protective use—color options are limited (typically grey).
Second Layer Requires Delay: For major repairs, allow 8 days before applying a second layer.
