Bond It Drive Alive Patio Seal is a premium grade, solvent-free solution designed to protect blocks, patios and sand joints from water penetration, oil/petrol grease spillages and dirt and grime build-up. To enhance the present colour and significantly extend the lifespan of block paving driveways or paths and patios.

Patio Seal is ideal for protecting block paving driveways, pathways and patios against water penetration, as well as spillages involving contaminants, such as oil and grease. It also works as a deterrent against dirt and grime build-up and will enhance both the present colour of the path and significantly extend the driveway’s lifespan.
APPLICATION
It is advised that you test this product on a small area before use to check compatibility. Before use, ensure the surface to be treated is completely dry. Apply a single coat using either a brush or roller ensuring no pooling occurs. Allow 3-4 hours drying time before using the area again. Application temperatures should be between 5oC and 30oC. Colder humid conditions will delay the drying time. Patio Seal dries clear, but over application or use on damp surfaces can lead to white discolouration.
LIMITATIONS
Do not apply to wet surfaces or high humidity conditions. Do not use when rain is forecast (protect from rain until dry). Keep children and pets away from all treated areas until it’s fully cured. Do not allow any runoff to contaminate drains, waterways or plants. Do not use acid-based cleaners as these will potentially remove and discolour the product. Avoid using power washers.
