Everbuild Hybriflex 25LM is a one part, low modulus, chemically curing solvent free sealant.
It is combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies. It is explicitly designed for adhering most common building surfaces to each other and themselves. Therefore, making it an excellent choice for several applications.

Everbuild Hybriflex 25LM can be used for sealing and bonding in almost every application imaginable.
For example:
– Perimeter pointing around doors and windows externally & internally, especially in mobile structures such as caravans.
– Sealing vertical expansion joints, jointing cladding panels and difficult bonding materials such as most plastics, metals and fibreglass.
APPLICATION
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be free from dust. Any loose or flaking surface coatings, and any old sealant and mastic joints that may still be present should be removed. Therefore, allowing the product to perform at it’s best.
It is unlikely that priming will be required. However, concrete must be sealed using a Sika Primer 3-N.
LIMITATIONS
– Always use in conjunction with mechanical fixings if using to adhere to overhead fixings.
– In high UV areas; some darkening/discolouration may occur. This does not affect the performance of the sealant
Overpaintability: check compatibility with specific paint first before overpainting large areas.
– Not suitable constant immersion in petroleum/oil
It is the user’s responsibility to determine suitability for use. Also, if in doubt, please contact the Technical Services Department for advice.
– Not for use in aquarium manufacture.
– Do not for use in conjunction with bitumen, or asphalt.
– Yellowing can occur in predominantly dark conditions. However, this does not affect the performance of the products.
