Sika® Waterproofer & Protector is a solvent-based treatment designed to provide long-lasting protection against water penetration and damp. Its deep-penetrating formula creates a water-repellent barrier on porous surfaces while allowing the material to breathe. Quick-drying and colourless, it is suitable for brick, stone, screed and most common mineral surfaces. The product can be easily applied using a brush, roller or low-pressure spray.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dirt, algae, grease and loose material.

Treat any organic growth with Sika® Mouldbuster and allow the surface to dry.

Repair all cracks and damaged areas before application.
APPLICATION
- Shake the container well before use.
- Apply using a low-pressure spray, brush or roller.
- Vertical surfaces: Saturate the surface from the bottom upwards, then brush over to prevent runs and ensure complete coverage.
- Horizontal surfaces: Flood the entire surface. After 10 minutes, spread the product evenly using a soft brush, roller or mop.
- Apply a second coat within 1 hour, while the first coat is still wet.
- Clean tools immediately after use with white spirit.Drying time: Approximately 1–2 hours, depending on air temperature.
DO NOT USE

Do not apply to damp or wet surfaces.

Do not apply during rain or when rain is imminent.

Do not use on non-porous surfaces.

Do not use on wood, plastic or rubber.

Do not use in fishponds.

Protect windows and surrounding areas from overspray. Remove any overspray immediately with a cloth while the product is still wet.
