Everbuild P20 Plumbers Flux is easy to apply, suitable for use with potable water, and compatible with most types of metals, making it ideal for a variety of plumbing applications.
Substrate Preparation:
Before applying EVERBUILD® P20 Plumbers Flux, ensure all surfaces are clean and free from oil, grease, dirt, and rust.
Application Method/Tools:
Apply a thin layer of EVERBUILD® P20 Plumbers Flux directly onto the pipe ends, avoiding flux inside the pipes. Heat the pipes using an iron or blow lamp until they reach the correct temperature for welding. Any excess flux should be removed with a damp cloth. After use, it is recommended to flush the system with water and P11 Central Heating System Cleanser to remove any remaining flux residue.
