EVERBUILD 207 Zeromix C.F.F. is an air-entraining liquid admixture for mortar that acts as an accelerator in sub-zero temperatures. It enhances workability, freeze/thaw resistance, and eliminates the need for a separate frostproofer in bricklaying mortars. This product provides increased frost resistance, is non-corrosive to metal, and improves trowelability, even in cold conditions. It offers resistance to freeze/thaw cycling down to -8°C, reduces bleeding and segregation, and replaces lime in the mix, minimizing lime bloom and efflorescence. Additionally, it reduces shrinkage, accelerates finishing times, and improves the overall performance of mortar.

207 Zeromix C.F.F. serves as an air-entraining, water-reducing admixture and accelerator/frostproofer for brick and block laying mortar and render, both internally and externally. It accelerates setting time during cold weather and is suitable for:
- Load-bearing brickwork
- Block laying
- External and internal rendering
- Pointing/repointing brickwork
- Floor screeds
Substrate Quality / Pre-Treatment:
Ensure all materials are free from ice, and the temperature of the mix should be no less than +4°C before placing. Avoid using weak mixes in cold weather conditions.
Application Method / Tools:
Add the product to the mix at a rate of 2.5 to 5 liters per 50kg of cement, depending on the desired level of plasticizing/acceleration. Be sure to reduce the required water amount accordingly. Alternatively, add the product to the mixing drum at the same time as the water. Below are examples of modified mix designs:
- 1:0.25:3 (cement:lime:sand) → use 1:3 cement:sand + EVERBUILD® 207 Zeromix C.F.F.
- 1:1:6 (cement:lime:sand) → use 1:6 cement:sand + EVERBUILD® 207 Zeromix C.F.F.
Limitations:
- Avoid using weak mixes in cold weather.
- Do not overdose.
