Bond It BRICK & PATIO CLEANER effectively removes cement and mortar splashes, light oil stains, and grease from brickwork, paving, tiles, earthenware, and concrete. It is safe for most types of concrete and stone, except limestone and marble. When diluted, it can also be used to remove efflorescence.

Application & Safety Guidelines:
Wear gloves, overalls, boots, and goggles during application. Protect metal surfaces and paintwork with polythene sheets and tape. Remove excess dirt and mortar with a stiff yard brush. When cleaning brickwork, saturate the area with water to prevent mortar damage. Always test on an inconspicuous area using a 2:1 water-to-cleaner dilution before full application.

For general use, dilute 2 to 4 parts water per 1 part cleaner, apply with a brush or low-pressure hose, and let stand for 10-15 minutes, ensuring the area stays wet and is occasionally scrubbed. Rinse thoroughly with large amounts of water. Always add cleaner to water, not water to cleaner. For stubborn stains, repeat the process or use undiluted cleaner after testing on a small area. Efflorescence removal requires a 4:1 water-to-cleaner dilution, and all dilutions must be made in a plastic container.

Limitations:
Do not use on limestone or marble, as it will damage the surface. It may also affect coloured concrete, so test before use. For mould, lichen, or mildew removal, use Bond It MOULD STOP, PATIO BLASTER, or ORGANIC CLEANER. When used indoors, provide thorough ventilation as fumes may damage sensitive surfaces. Avoid contact with metals like steel, copper, aluminium, and titanium.

Cleaning of Tools:
Rinse all equipment thoroughly with clean water after use. Do not dispose of rinsing water onto plants or grass.
