Bond It Chipping Solution is a ready-to-use, premium grade, cold-applied bitumen solution for bonding chippings to roofs that are flat or of low pitch up to 10 degrees. Has immediate resistance to rainfall and provides protection from sunlight. Can be used with chippings such as flint, gravel, limestone, granite, and white calcined spar. Weatherproof finish with F.A.A rating for ignition, penetration and spread of flames.
Storage Life
Minimum of 5 years under good storage conditions in original unopened containers. Store under cover away from sources of heat and ignition. Keep containers sealed when not in use.

Bond It Chipping Solution is a cold applied bitumen solution for bonding mineral aggregate to mastic asphalt or built up felt roofing. It is ready to use and is ideal for bonding chippings to roofs that are flat or of low pitch (gradients up to 10o C).
APPLICATION
Apply by brush or squeegee and scatter chippings immediately. Where possible lightly roll the chippings and brush off any excess after the adhesive has set (1-4 days, depending on the weather). CHIPPING SOLUTION has immediate resistance to rainfall.
Suitable chippings for use are flint, gravel, limestone, granite and white calcined spar.
Drying Time
Drying times will vary depending on weather conditions and film thickness. Heavy applications will result in extended drying times.
