EVERBUILD 730 Universal Flexible Grout is a high-performance cementitious grout designed for wall and floor tile joints up to 15 mm wide. Enhanced with added polymer, it provides excellent flexibility, water resistance, and a durable, water-repellent finish. Suitable for ceramic, natural stone, and porcelain tiles, it also features MouldShield® technology, offering long-lasting protection against black mould. This versatile grout is ideal for both interior and exterior applications.

730 Universal Flexible Grout is ideal for filling joints up to 15 mm wide on floor and wall tiles across most surfaces. It is suitable for ceramic, porcelain, quarry, natural stone tiles, and mosaics, making it perfect for domestic, communal, and power shower areas. Additionally, it is compatible with underfloor heating systems.
PREPERATION
Before grouting, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from loose adhesive. Confirm that the tile adhesive is fully dry. Certain tiles may be prone to staining, discoloration, or scratching; perform a small test area first. Joints must be clean, dust-free, and free of grease, loose contaminants, and excess adhesive.
APPLICATION
Mix approximately 3 parts powder to 1 part water in a container, adding powder to water. Stir to a smooth paste, let it stand for 2–3 minutes, then remix. Use only as much grout as can be applied in 45–60 minutes, and avoid adding water to curing grout. Apply the grout with a sponge or squeegee, ensuring joints are fully filled and air voids are avoided. Wipe off excess grout while wet and clean residues with a damp cloth after 15–20 minutes. Once cured, remove dry residues with a soft, dry cloth. Allow grout to dry for 8–24 hours depending on joint size, avoid walking on floors for 24 hours, and protect joints from water until fully cured.
LIMITATIONS
- Not for areas subject to continuous water immersion.
- Avoid external use if rain is expected within 6–8 hours.
- Test for compatibility on a small patch before full application.
- Use grout bags with the same batch number for consistent color.
- Do not grout over wet tile adhesive.
- MouldShield® inhibits mould growth but requires regular cleaning to prevent secondary growth.
