5 Min Gel PU Wood Adhesive is a premium, fast-acting polyurethane-based adhesive designed for high-strength bonding in both interior and exterior applications. Its gel formula is transparent, solvent-free, and offers excellent filling capabilities—perfect for bonding uneven or porous surfaces. Applications:

- Used in bonding wood construction elements, window and door frames, and corner joints requiring strong, weather-resistant adhesion (compliant with D4 classification per EN 204).

- Can be applied to uneven surfaces due to its foaming and filling properties.
Limitations:
- Not suitable for bonding plastics like PE (polyethylene), PTFE (Teflon), or PP (polypropylene).
- Substrates must be clean, dust-free, and grease-free for optimal adhesion.
- Adhesive cures by moisture; surfaces may require light misting to enhance curing.
- Cured adhesive can’t be removed chemically—only mechanical removal is possible.
- Clamping is essential during curing to achieve full bonding strength.
