Epoxy Sealer EPR-31P is a professional-grade, solvent- and water-free two-component epoxy sealer formulated to suppress residual construction moisture and rising damp. Designed for use on both indoor and outdoor subfloors, it is ideal for treating porous, dusty, or moisture-prone surfaces such as concrete, anhydrite, wood, metal, and ceramic tiles. Once fully cured, it forms a tough, non-shrinking, and waterproof barrier that significantly improves adhesion strength, making it suitable for installations involving underfloor heating and critical subfloor conditions.

Limitations
While highly effective, Epoxy Sealer EPR-31P has a few specific usage conditions to consider:

Not suitable for surfaces with more than 7% moisture in concrete or more than 5% in anhydrite floors.

Requires proper surface preparation — all subfloors must be clean, even, and dry before use.

Not intended for use where standing water or continuous submersion is expected.

Improper mixing ratios or curing times may compromise sealing effectiveness and mechanical strength.
