– Perimeter pointing internally and externally around doors and windows.
– Bonds to concrete, brick, wood, metals and glass without the need to use a primer.
– Typically used to seal composite sectional panels.

APPLICATION

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants. Therefore ensuring the product can perform at it’s best.

APPLICATION METHOD / TOOLS

Cut the tip off the cartridge with a sharp blade, taking care not to damage the thread. Apply nozzle and cut at an angle of 45° with an opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed.

In addition to this, apply using a standard sealant gun. To ensure a proper bond, always smooth the sealant down with a spatula or piece of wet wood.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Cleaner: white spirit.

LIMITATIONS

– Do not use in areas likely to be exposed to solvents, petrol’s or oils. For instance, floor joints.
– Do not use in conjunction with bitumen or asphalt. Use another product, such as Weather Mate.
– May stain marble, slate or specific sensitive natural stones.
– Do not use in areas where movement exceeds +/- 5%.
