Sika® Water Repel+ is a solvent-free water repellent designed to protect concrete, brick, stone, and masonry from rainwater penetration without altering the surface appearance. Its deep-penetrating formula provides long-lasting invisible protection, enhanced water beading, and UV resistance, making it suitable for absorbent, dry masonry surfaces.

Shelf Life – 18 months from date of manufacture in unopened containers.

Suitable as an effective water repellent on:
– Brick
– Stone
– Render
– Pebbledashing
SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT
– Ensure masonry joints are sound and re-point where necessary.
– Replace or repair any damaged stone before application.
– Surfaces must be absorbent, dry, and free from dirt, algae, and green growth.
– Treat algae or mould with Sika® Mould Buster prior to use.
– Remove salt deposits mechanically, then clean thoroughly with water.
– Allow all cleaned surfaces to dry completely before application.
APPLICATION
– Apply by brush, roller, or low-pressure spray until the surface is fully saturated and no longer absorbs product.
– Very absorbent surfaces may require repeated wet-on-wet applications.
– Apply only when temperatures are between +10 °C and +25 °C.
LIMITATIONS
– Suitable only for porous surfaces where the product can penetrate effectively.
– Protect surrounding areas and windows from overspray; remove wet residue immediately with a damp cloth or sponge.
– Some natural stone surfaces may darken slightly after treatment; always test on a small area first.
– Do not use on fish ponds. Clean all equipment with water after use.
