EVERBUILD® Smart Tack® is an advanced spray-applied bonding system that surpasses traditional contact adhesives in both performance and efficiency. Using innovative high-solids resin technology, it creates a fine web-like adhesive pattern that delivers rapid tack, high early bond strength, and an extended open time of up to two hours. Surfaces can typically be bonded within 3–5 minutes, with bonded items ready for handling, cutting, drilling, or planing within minutes. Offering excellent heat resistance up to 95°C, Smart Tack® is significantly faster and more economical than conventional spread-applied contact adhesives, while also providing a cleaner and more convenient application process.
Key Points:
– Fast bonding performance – Surfaces can typically be closed after just 3–5 minutes.
– Long open time – Allows surfaces to remain open for up to 2 hours before bonding.
– High early bond strength – Items can be handled, cut, drilled, or planed within 5 minutes of bonding.
– Efficient and economical – Up to 15 times faster and covers approximately three times more area than conventional contact adhesives.
Shelf Life – 12 months from date of manufacture in original unopened containers.
Storage Conditions – Store in original unopened containers between +15 °C and +35 °C. Store as flammable liquid. Do not allow to freeze.
