Arbokol 1025 Secure Mastic Sealant is a unique, two part epoxy sealant, that cures to form a very hard wearing seal that’s designed to accommodate small amounts of movement. It is especially suited to situations where the security and integrity of a seal is paramount and needs to be pick proof.
Suitable for use in a variety of internal stress relief joint systems.

APPLICATION
Joint Preparation
The joint surfaces must be clean and free from all contamination. Surfaces should be degreased using the appropriate surface cleaner (contact Adshead Ratcliffe Technical Service Department for further information).
Application
The usual application method once mixed is to fill the sealant into empty cartridge dispensers using a heavy duty follower plate. The cartridge is placed over the hole in the centre of the plate and filled by applying steady downward pressure. Insert the plunger into the cartridge and the mixed sealant is then ready for application using an Arbo Caulking Gun. The sealant should be extruded firmly into the joint by maintaining an even pressure on the trigger of the gun.
