Cromar PRO GRP Resin is a pre-promoted, thixotropic, medium-reactive polyester resin specifically formulated for roofing applications, offering extremely low styrene emissions. Its low viscosity ensures rapid and efficient fibre wet-out, while the combination of long pot life and fast curing makes it easy to work with. The resin also delivers superior mechanical properties, providing durable, high-performance results for GRP roofing projects. Cromar PRO GRP System is exceptionally popular as a flat roofing solution – it provides a modern look and can often be cheaper than a pitched roof as less materials are needed. There are many different coverings that can be used on flat roofs, for example torch on felt, however more choose the Cromar PRO GRP system due to the final professional finish.
Cold-applied and with high impact and fire resistance, it provides a seamless, highly durable, flexible and virtually maintenance-free finish for almost any flat roof surface. Not only that it is heat resistant, storm proof and frost proof. Easy to form around complex details, it is ideal for vertical work and will withstand heavy foot traffic, even as part of a non-slip walkway.

Storage:
Resins remain stable for six months from the production date when kept in their original containers, away from sunlight, and at temperatures not exceeding 21 °C. After prolonged storage, slight changes in gel time may occur. During hot summer months, stability may be reduced to around two months at 30 °C (86 °F).
