Polyfiber is a two-component polyester putty based on unsaturated polyester resins and reinforced with glass fibres for added strength and durability. Mixed with a benzoyl peroxide hardener, it is easy to apply, cures quickly, and can be sanded or ground shortly after application. Its long-lasting adhesion makes it ideal for durable filling and repair applications.

– Suitable for filling and repairing cracks, holes, and damaged surfaces.
– Ideal for reinforcing repairs requiring added strength and durability.
– Suitable for sanding, grinding, and finishing after rapid curing.
– Designed for long-lasting adhesion on a wide range of repair applications.
Application
– Mix 2% B-component (hardener) with the A-component until fully homogeneous.
– Only mix the amount that can be applied within 5 minutes.
– Apply with a spatula in thin layers, building up additional layers if required.
– Sand after 20–30 minutes (depending on temperature).
– Once cured, continue with sanding, painting, or other finishing processes.
– For best paint results, finish with Metal Plastic Standard or Metal Plastic Extra Fine before painting or spray painting.
Cleaning Method
– Clean tools and equipment with acetone before the product cures.
