D3 Wood Adhesive is a ready-to-use, fast-drying PVA-based adhesive that provides superior D3 water resistance for demanding woodworking applications. It is ideal for interior use in high-humidity environments and selected exterior applications with limited weather exposure. The adhesive is suitable for bonding wooden construction elements and for manufacturing window and door frames, including corner joints, that are designed to meet D4 performance requirements in accordance with EN 204.

Application Method
– Apply the adhesive to one of the bonding surfaces using a notched trowel, brush, or application machine.
– Join the parts together and clamp for 1–2 hours.
– Curing time depends on the type of wood, temperature, adhesive quantity, and the porosity of the bonded materials.
Minimum pressing times:
– High-frequency bonding with longitudinal heating: >15 seconds
– Decor-finish: 5–10 seconds
– Assembly bonding: 8–15 minutes
– Joint and block bonding: 10–15 minutes
– Surface bonding of HPL/CPL in short-cycle presses at 70°C:
– To plywood: approximately 90 seconds
– To chipboard: approximately 45 seconds
Cleaning Method
– Before curing, remove adhesive from non-porous surfaces and tools using water.
– Once cured, the adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
