Thompson’s One Coat Concrete Seal 5L is a high-performance, clear waterproofing solution designed to protect concrete surfaces from water damage and weathering. Formulated for easy application, it penetrates deeply into porous concrete to create a durable, water-repellent barrier in just a single coat. Ideal for driveways, patios, garage floors, and paths, this sealant helps prevent cracking, staining, and deterioration caused by moisture while maintaining the natural appearance of the surface. The 5-litre container provides excellent coverage for larger areas, making it a practical choice for both DIY projects and professional use.
Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated place away from heat and sources of heat, sources of ignition and direct sunlight. No smoking.
To avoid risk of spillage, always store and transport in a secure and upright position. Keep container tightly closed.
The shelf life of the product in airtight containers will be at least 3 years.

It is typically applied with a brush, roller, or garden sprayer onto clean, dry concrete to create a clear, protective barrier that helps repel water, resist oil stains, and reduce surface deterioration caused by weather exposure. The product is designed for one-coat coverage, making application quicker and easier compared with multi-coat sealers. However, it should not be applied to painted, sealed, or non-porous surfaces, as proper penetration may not occur. The surface must be completely dry and free from dirt, grease, or previous coatings for best performance. It is also unsuitable for areas subject to constant water immersion, such as ponds or fountains, and should not be applied in rainy conditions or when rain is expected within several hours after application.
