EVERBUILD CEMSTRIP® is an environmentally friendly cement, concrete, and mortar stain remover designed as an alternative to hydrochloric acid-based cleaners. It effectively removes salts, efflorescence, dirt, grease, and stains from mineral surfaces such as paths and patios, while also being safe for use on most metal tools and equipment. The concentrated formula can be diluted up to 10:1 with water for economical use and is available in both bottle and ready-to-use spray formats.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
MIXING
9:1 (water:CEMSTRIP®) – General cleaning of dirt and stains from paths, patios, and horizontal surfaces
2:1 – Cleaning light mortar stains from paths, patios, walls, and vertical surfaces
1:1 – Cleaning heavy mortar stains from walls and vertical surfaces
Neat – Cleaning tools, cement mixers, and building equipment
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
– Thoroughly wet paths, patios, and stained surfaces before application. Do not apply to dry surfaces. Always test on a small inconspicuous area before full use, especially on coloured surfaces. Pre-wetting is not required when cleaning tools or equipment.
General Cleaning:
– Apply diluted EVERBUILD CEMSTRIP® with a brush or low-pressure spray, working from the top down and avoiding mist formation.
– Leave for 5–10 minutes, then scrub or rinse off using a hose, brush, or pressure washer.
– Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. Repeat if necessary.
Cleaning Tools / Equipment:
– Spray directly onto tools or equipment to remove fresh or semi-cured cement.
– Leave for 15 minutes for light contamination or up to 3 hours for heavier build-up.
– Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Use a scourer or hot power wash if required.
– After cleaning, protect tools with a maintenance spray to help prevent corrosion and rust.
LIMITATIONS
– Do not use on marble, granite, travertine, or coloured cement-based pavers
– Always test on a small area before full application
– Do not use on soft metals such as lead, brass, copper, or aluminium
– Do not apply to dry surfaces or allow the product to dry on the substrate
– Rinse equipment thoroughly after use to prevent corrosion or rusting
– Avoid overspray on sensitive surfaces and rinse spills immediately with water
– Older or stronger cement mixes may be more difficult to remove
– Clean spray equipment immediately after use with fresh water
– Users are responsible for determining product suitability; contact technical services if unsure
