ARDEX ARDITEX CL Latex Levelling and Smoothing Compound 4.46kg is a high-performance, ultra-smooth floor levelling compound designed for preparing internal subfloors prior to the installation of final floor coverings. Featuring a convenient latex formulation, it requires no additional water, making it quick and easy to mix while delivering excellent flow and self-smoothing properties. Ideal for use over a wide range of substrates—including concrete, cement/sand screeds, and existing tiles—it provides a strong, flexible surface that resists cracking and shrinkage. With rapid drying and walk-on times, ARDITEX CL helps speed up project timelines while ensuring a perfectly level base for materials such as vinyl, carpet, and wood flooring.

ARDEX ARDITEX CL Latex Levelling and Smoothing Compound 4.46kg is a versatile, ultra-smooth levelling compound designed for preparing internal subfloors such as concrete, cement/sand screeds, terrazzo, and existing ceramic tiles prior to the installation of floor coverings like vinyl, carpet, or tiles. Its latex formulation eliminates the need for separate priming on most substrates, making it ideal for fast-track refurbishment projects and areas requiring a high-quality, smooth finish. The product can be applied from feather edge up to several millimetres in thickness and is suitable for use over residues of adhesives where sound and well bonded. However, it is limited to internal use only and should not be applied in areas subject to constant moisture, external weather exposure, or rising damp unless appropriate damp-proof systems are in place. It is also not suitable as a final wearing surface and must always be covered with a floor finish.
