Here are the main uses for Bond-It Weed Stop Membrane:

Garden Beds – Place it under soil, bark, or mulch to stop weeds from growing around your plants while still letting water and nutrients through.

Paths and Walkways – Use it under gravel or paving to keep weeds from poking through, making maintenance easier.

Decking Areas – Lay it underneath decking to prevent weed growth in hard-to-reach spaces.

Greenhouses and Polytunnels – Helps control weeds around growing areas, reducing the need for weeding or spraying.

Driveways – Acts as a base layer under stones or gravel to keep the surface clean and weed-free.
Application:

Roll it out and cut it to the size you need for the area.

If you’re using more than one piece, make sure they overlap by at least 75mm (about 3 inches).

Use ground pegs to pin the fabric down and keep it in place, especially at the edges and where it overlaps.

For planting, cut a small “X” in the fabric where you want to put the plant, then fold the flaps back and pin them down.

Cover the whole area with at least 50mm (about 2 inches) of bark, mulch, or gravel to protect the fabric and keep it working well.

You can also cut it around things already in your garden, like trees, bushes, or hedges.
Limitations:

It won’t stop really tough weeds – Some strong weeds can still get through.

It needs to be covered – Sunlight can damage it if you don’t cover it with soil, bark, or gravel.

It can tear easily – Don’t walk on it without something on top, like stones or mulch.

It doesn’t do all the work – You might still get a few weeds, but a lot less than before.
