AlphaChem Decking Sealer is a quality clear sealant formulated to provide an adequate water repellent barrier for the protection of timber decking. It will waterproof and protect any smooth or ridged hardwood or softwood decking timber, including pressure‐treated, pre‐treated or preservative impregnated timber. It can help prevent drying, wetting, swelling, splitting and cracking of the timber, whilst at the same time allowing the surface to breathe, and moisture inside the wood to evaporate.

AlphaChem Decking Sealer helps to prevent drying, wetting, swelling, splitting and cracking of the timber, but still allowing the surface to breathe and moisture inside the wood to evaporate.
APPLICATION
– A test patch is always recommended before use to ensure the desired result is achieved.
– Do not apply in wet conditions or if rain or frost is likely before the product is completely dry
– Pour Cromar Decking Sealer into a suitable container. Apply liberally 2 coats leaving 24 hours between coats using a brush, roller or low‐pressure spray.
– Very porous timber may require a third coat.
– On horizontal timber decking, remove puddling by redistributing to dry areas after 15 minutes.
– Do not spray on any form of vegetation; protect plants and surrounding areas from overspray.
– Ensure adequate ventilation when applying Cromar Decking Sealer.
LIMITATIONS
– Flammable vapours may be left in the tin after use. Rinse out with soapy water and dispose of responsibly.
– It is the user’s responsibility to ensure suitability for use. Safety Data available on request.
