PVCu Activator is designed to work in conjunction with AlphaChem high viscosity superglue to create a rapid, high-strength bond in just 10 seconds. This activator is ideal for use on PVC, PVCu, and various plastics, as it will not yellow over time. It is also suitable for use on rough and vertical surfaces. Additionally, the product does not contain harmful compounds such as Chlorofluorocarbons or Methylene Chloride. However, excessive use may cause discoloration on PVCu surfaces, so it is recommended to conduct a patch test on a hidden area if discoloration is a concern.

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, grease, or other contaminants. The substrates must be smooth and have a proper bonding area. Lightly spray the activator onto one surface and allow it to dry. Apply a thin layer of superglue to the other surface, then immediately join the substrates together, pressing firmly for one minute. Depending on the materials and temperature, a bond will typically form within 2-10 seconds.
