Its rapid-action formula effectively removes sludge, scale, and debris, making it suitable for both new installations and older systems with heavy buildup. This neutral, non-hazardous cleaner is compatible with all metals and materials commonly found in heating systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. P24 Power Cleaner effectively removes contaminants that can reduce system efficiency, including:
- Sludge and sludge deposits
- Hardened debris and blockages
- Limescale buildup
- Flux residues
- Rust and corrosion
- Oil and grease
Application
Everbuild P24 Power Cleaner is suitable for both open-vented and sealed central heating systems. It can be introduced via the header tank, system filter, power-flush machine, or dosing vessel.
Usage Guidelines:
- No neutralisation is required.
- Circulate for a minimum of one hour; for heavy buildup, circulation for 2-3 hours with heating on is recommended.
- Flush thoroughly until the water runs clear. The Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) reading should be within 10% of the mains reading to confirm sufficient flushing.
- After cleaning, add Everbuild P30 Protector to safeguard the system.
- Safe for disposal into foul drainage systems.
Limitations:
- Designed for domestic central heating systems only.
- Not suitable for use in primatic single-feed cylinders.
- Do not leave in the system for extended periods.
