- Application Method: Gradually peel off the release paper and adhere the tape whilst keeping it tension-free and wrinkle-free to the substrate. • To consolidate the bond apply firm pressure manually. Use of a seam roller will further improve the adhesion in most applications

Installation Guidelines
-
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, or other contaminants.

Bonding is not possible on frozen surfaces.
-
Substrates must be load-bearing. On damp or porous surfaces or at low temperatures, apply illbruck Primer ME904 for optimal adhesion.
-
Detach the release liner and apply ME316 centrally over the joint, maintaining a minimum 20 mm overlap on each substrate.
-
Smooth the tape gently and apply firm pressure to consolidate the bond.

Use a seam roller for improved adhesion.
