PU010 is a rapid-curing, gun-grade polyurethane collapsing foam adhesive, ideal for the fast installation of plasterboard, insulation or acoustic panels, EIFS, roof decking, and other sheet materials. It is compatible with a wide range of common substrates, including masonry, concrete, timber, and metal. PU010 offers an easy-to-use alternative to mortars and traditional drywall adhesives, expanding to fill gaps, cavities, and uneven surfaces while providing strong, reliable bonds.

Suitable for:
– Rapid installation of plasterboard

Preparation
– Always perform a compatibility test before use.
– Protect floor coverings with paper or plastic film.
– Ensure surfaces are dry, solid, stable, and capable of supporting the panel load.
– Remove all loose particles, dust, and grease.
– Moistening substrates can accelerate curing if needed.
Application
– Shake the canister vigorously at least 20 times, remove the protective cap, and attach to the illbruck PU foam gun.
– Internal applications: Apply a bead of PU010 adhesive across the middle of the panel and repeat every 300 mm.
– External applications (EIFS): Apply a bead around the perimeter, then across the panel at 300 mm intervals.
– Keep the canister vertical with the valve pointing downwards. Press the panel into place, holding for 2–3 minutes; heavier panels may need additional support.
Coverage
– One canister of PU010 bonds approximately 5m² of panel.
Cleaning
– Remove excess adhesive immediately with AA290 PU Foam Cleaner, ensuring surfaces are solvent-resistant.
– Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
