Mapei Flexcolor Acrylic Resin Grout 5KG is a ready-to-use, water-dispersed acrylic resin grout designed for interior and exterior tile joints, typically used on ceramic, porcelain, and mosaic tiles in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and light commercial spaces. It is applied directly from the tub without mixing, using a rubber float to press the grout into clean, dry joints, and then finished with a damp sponge for a smooth, even appearance; its quick drying and crack-resistant properties make it especially convenient for small to medium projects and repairs. However, its use is limited to joints within specified widths (usually 2–10 mm), and it is not recommended for areas subject to continuous water immersion (like swimming pools), high temperatures, or heavy industrial traffic; additionally, care must be taken on highly absorbent or textured tiles as staining may occur if not cleaned promptly, and the product should not be diluted or used in wet conditions that could affect curing.
