Arbosil ONEÂ is a low-modulus, one-part, neutral-cure alkoxy silicone sealant that cures on exposure to moisture in the air to form a highly elastic silicone rubber. It is designed for a wide range of internal and external construction applications, including perimeter sealing, expansion joints, roofing and flashing, cladding, curtain walling and structural construction joints. Its excellent movement capability, strong adhesion and long-term resistance to weathering and UV exposure make it a reliable solution for demanding construction environments.

- Easy Application:Â High-viscosity, non-sag formulation with excellent tooling and extended open-time properties.

Application Instructions
Joint Preparation
- Ensure all joint surfaces are clean, dry and free from contamination.
- Degrease surfaces using the appropriate ARBO® Cleaner.
- Use ARBO® Primer 2650 on porous surfaces such as masonry.
- Primer may also be required for other substrates; consult ARBO® Technical Services for specific recommendations.
- Carry out joint preparation, priming and sealant application in accordance with BS 8000-16:1997 + A1:2010.
Joint Backing
- Where required, use oversized closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam as joint backing.
- Ensure the backing material is correctly positioned to achieve the required sealant depth and joint performance.
