Stixall® Maximum Grab is an ultra-high-grab adhesive formulated to deliver exceptional initial grab, typically around twice that of conventional grab adhesives, reducing or eliminating the need for temporary support in most applications. It provides high ultimate bonding strength and can bond a wide range of materials in virtually all conditions, including damp, wet and rainy environments. Once cured, it forms a tough, flexible and permanently elastic rubber that is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
- Exceptional Initial Grab: Delivers typically twice the initial grab of most common grab adhesives, reducing the need for temporary support.
- All-Weather Bonding: Suitable for interior and exterior use and can be applied to damp or wet surfaces, even in rain.
- Strong & Flexible: Provides high ultimate bonding strength while curing to a tough, permanently flexible and elastic rubber.
- Fast & Durable: Quick curing, totally waterproof and weatherproof, overpaintable if required, and resistant to chemicals, petrol, dilute acids, alkalis and most solvents.

Suitable Applications
- Primerless Adhesion:Â Excellent adhesion to most common substrates, including metals, plastics, glass, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, polyester, Perspex, wood, enamel and painted surfaces.
- Interior & Exterior Bonding:Â Suitable for a wide range of internal and external bonding applications, including use as a high-performance nail replacement adhesive.
- Specialist Bonding: Ideal for bonding brick slips, mirrors, cladding panels and difficult materials such as plastics, metals and fibreglass.
- Damp Surface Application: Can be applied to damp surfaces, providing reliable adhesion in challenging conditions.
- High-Performance Joints: Suitable for applications requiring strong, durable and long-lasting bonding of joints and components.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
- Ensure all surfaces are clean and dust-free.
APPLICATION METHOD / TOOLS
- Use the supplied pre-cut V-notched nozzle for the correct adhesive depth.
- Attach the nozzle and apply with a good-quality sealant gun at 90° to the bonding surface.
- Apply adhesive to one surface only, in lines spaced 30–40 mm apart.
- Immediately position the item and apply firm, even pressure with a slight twist.
- Skin formation: Approximately 15–30 minutes.
- Cure rate:Â Approximately 2 mm per 24 hours; slower on non-porous surfaces.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
- Uncured product: Use Sika® Wonder Wipes or white spirit.
- Cured product:Â Remove mechanically.
