Acrypol+ is a unique resin-based acrylic waterproof coating designed to instantly prevent leaks and provide long-term protection. Originally developed for refurbishing failed industrial, commercial, and domestic flat roofs, it is also ideal for general patching repairs. Applied by brush as a semi-liquid paste, it dries into a tough, seamless, and flexible overlay that adheres to various surfaces, including leadwork, slate, asbestos cement, metals, bituminous surfaces, asphalt, flashings, chimney stacks, glasshouses, PVC, concrete, and brick. Known as the original waterproof coating with over 30 years of industry excellence, Acrypol+ can be applied even in damp conditions, ensuring effective waterproofing in all weather.

Acrypol+ is a versatile waterproof coating that can be applied to a wide range of surfaces, including flat roofs, asphalt, bituminous surfaces, brickwork, gutters, leadwork, metals, PVC, asbestos, glass, roofing felt, roof lights, concrete, fiberglass, flashings, chimney stacks, and brick. Proper surface preparation is especially important for aluminium, zinc, galvanised, or corroded metal to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.
Application
Acrypol+ is brush-applied as a semi-liquid paste and dries into a tough, seamless, and flexible waterproof overlay. It can be used in damp conditions while still providing a long-term waterproofing solution, making it ideal for general maintenance and patching repairs. The one-coat, all-weather application can be applied using a brush or the Acrypol Squeegee at a minimum coverage of 1kg/m², up to 2kg/m², depending on surface porosity and texture. On damp surfaces, the product should first be worked in circular motions to remove excess moisture and ensure full adhesion before spreading evenly.
Limitations
- Not suitable for balconies, walkways, wooden surfaces, fishponds, or internal use.
- Air conditioning vents should be sealed for at least 24 hours during and after application.
- Users must ensure suitability before use; safety data is available upon request.
