Bond It PC100 is a high-performance inhibitor designed to prevent scale formation, rust and corrosion, hydrogen gassing, microbiological growth, and boiler noise.
Storage Conditions
Store in cool, dry conditions in tightly sealed container. Store above +5o C and below +30o C. Do not allow to freeze.
Shelf Life
24 months from date of manufacture when stored in the original, sealed bottles.

PC100 INHIBITOR is suitable for all metals including aluminium. Once added PC100 does not need to be replaced unless the system is drained down
Application
Filling the system: For open systems, dose via the filling and expansion tank. If the system is already full, drain at a low point to ensure the product enters the circulatory system. For sealed systems, fill via the filling loop or a drained radiator.
Dosage: For optimum efficiency, PC100 should be added at 1.4% of the system volume (i.e., 1 L per 70 L of system water). One bottle is generally sufficient for a typical system with a 14.5 kW boiler (50,000 Btu/hr), a domestic hot water cylinder, and up to 10 radiators. Larger systems may require an additional bottle. Overdosing will not harm the system.
Note: If a thermal storage appliance is fitted, account for the extra volume of primary water. The concentration can be checked using a conductivity meter.
Limitations
Not suitable for use in PRIMATIC single feed cylinders. For use only in fully indirect systems.
