EVERBUILD® All Purpose Ready Mixed Filler is a heavy-duty, ready-to-use filler designed for both interior and exterior repairs. Suitable for use on plaster, plasterboard, brick, render, wood, stone, and most common building materials, it dries to a smooth, tough, crack-resistant finish that can be sanded, painted, papered, or stained. The convenient ready-mixed formula can be applied directly from the tub or Easi-Squeeze tube, making it ideal for quick and effective repairs.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
– Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and contaminants.
– Key glossy painted surfaces before application.
– Cover nail and screw heads with oil-based paint and allow to dry.
SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT
– Clean and prepare surfaces before application.
– Ensure substrates are dry and contamination-free.
– Prime exposed nail and screw heads with oil-based paint.
APPLICATION
Tubs
– Stir well before use.
– Apply with a spatula or spreader.
– Fill to a maximum depth of 9 mm per application.
– For deeper repairs, build up in layers and allow approximately 1 hour drying time between coats.
Easi-Squeeze Tubes
– Cut nozzle to required size.
– Apply directly into cracks or holes.
– Do not exceed 5 mm depth per application.
– Build up deeper repairs in layers.
Finishing
– Leave filler slightly proud of the surface.
– Smooth with a wet knife.
– Sand when dry.
– For external repairs, overpaint with oil-based paint once fully dry.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
– Clean tools immediately after use with warm water.
LIMITATIONS
– Do not use on plastic or metal surfaces.
– Not suitable for permanently wet areas.
– Do not apply if rain is expected within 5 hours.
– Do not apply below 5°C.
– Do not apply layers thicker than 9 mm.
– For deeper fills, apply in multiple layers.
– Always confirm suitability for the intended application before use.
