EVERBUILD OPTI-MIX 3-IN-1 RENDER ADDITIVE is a highly concentrated, triple-action formula designed to enhance the performance of render mixes. 25 times stronger than conventional render additives, it acts as a waterproofer, air-entraining plasticiser, and open-time extender, eliminating the need for separate admixtures. The additive forms stable air bubbles in the mix, improving workability for a smoother, “buttery” consistency while preventing shrinkage, cracking, crazing, and frost damage. It also reduces water absorption, minimizes efflorescence, and enhances resistance to freeze/thaw cycles, making it ideal for large-scale applications.

OPTI-MIX 3-IN-1 is ideal for use in pool and tank linings, mortars and screeds, external renders, external pointing, and structures below ground level.
Application Instructions
Before use, shake the bottle well. To open, push the lid downwards and twist it counterclockwise. Squeeze the sides of the bottle to fill the measuring cup with the required dose (20-40 ml per 50 kg of cement). Add EVERBUILD® OPTI-MIX® 3-IN-1 RENDER ADDITIVE to a bucket of water and mix well (use up to a maximum of 10 L of water). Dry mix all other ingredients and add sufficient quantities of water/Opti-Mix 3-in-1 solution until the desired consistency is achieved. Always add the product to a portion of gauging water, not directly to the dry mix. Replace the cap after use.
Limitations:
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage or overmix.
- Keep the container upright during storage and transit.
- Not intended for structural concrete due to its air-entraining formulation.
- Proper material selection and mix design are essential for the substrate and exposure levels.
- Dispose of the product and packaging correctly; do not allow it to enter watercourses.
