T101 is a primer designed to enhance the adhesion of weathertight sealants to porous substrates, helping to maximise the longevity and performance of the seal. It is compatible with most porous building materials, ensuring a reliable and durable bond.

AT101 improves the adhesion of weathertight sealants onto various porous substrates.
Preparation
• Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free from laitance before application.
Application
• Apply a thin, even coat using a brush.
• Drying time will increase at lower temperatures and decrease at higher temperatures.
• Apply the sealant only once the primer is touch dry.
• Consumption will vary depending on joint depth and substrate porosity.
• Remove any spilled primer immediately using a cloth.
Note– It is recommended that a small test area is carried out prior to full application to confirm satisfactory adhesion.
