EVERBUILD® Lumberjack® Masonry Dry Rot Treatment is a ready-to-use solution formulated to eradicate dry rot fungus in masonry and brickwork. Using advanced micro-fine active technology and added biocides, it penetrates deep into porous surfaces to eliminate infestation and provide long-lasting protection against reoccurrence. The low-solvent and low-VOC formula is virtually odourless, non-flammable, quick drying, and requires no dilution which makes it easy and convenient to apply.

SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT
– Determine the full extent of the dry rot infestation by opening up the affected area. Remove all infected timber, cutting back 450–500 mm beyond the last visible signs of fungal growth or strands. Remove any affected plaster or render at least 450–500 mm beyond the visible extent of the infestation in all directions.
– Identify and rectify the source of moisture that has contributed to the outbreak, such as leaking gutters, inadequate ventilation, or rising damp. Thoroughly clean all affected wall surfaces and oversites, removing fungal growth and strands. Use a stiff brush where necessary to ensure surfaces are free from contamination.
APPLICATION
– This product is supplied ready to use and should not be diluted.
– Before use, read all statutory conditions and safety information relating to the application of the product.
– For surface sterilisation, thoroughly saturate the affected wall surface using a coarse spray. Where fungal growth has penetrated deep into the masonry, drill holes to approximately two-thirds of the wall depth at staggered 230 mm centres. Drill at a downward angle into the mortar beds and inject or irrigate the treatment to ensure complete penetration throughout the affected area.
