Bond It PC400 Flushchem is a heavy duty, strong flushing chemical blend for deep cleaning of domestic central heating system, radiators and pipework.

Suitable for boiler heat exchangers, radiators and pipework in domestic central heating systems
Application
Filling the system: Open systems should be dosed via the filling and expansion tank. Sealed systems, such as combi systems, should be filled via the filling loop or a partially drained radiator. Once the system is dosed, circulate the liquid at normal operating temperature with all valves open and the pump set to maximum speed for at least one hour, or until satisfactory performance is achieved. Maximum circulation time is 4 weeks, or 3 hours if aluminium components are present. Once the system is performing satisfactorily, turn off the boiler, drain the system, and flush until the water runs clear. When refilling, use PC100 or PC200 INHIBITOR.
Dosage: For optimum cleaning, dose the system at 1% of its volume (1 L of PC400 per 100 L of system water). One litre is usually sufficient for a typical system with a 14.5 kW boiler (50,000 Btu/hr). Heavily contaminated or larger systems may require a 2% solution or proportional dosing. Note that this product will not clear completely blocked pipes. It is suitable for use with power flushing machines.
Limitations
Do not add PC400 to PRIMATIC systems.
