Storage and Shelf Life: Store in a shaded area between +5°C and +25°C. When kept in its original, unopened packaging and under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life is 15 months.

OB1 Diamond Crystal Clear Universal Sealant & Adhesive is specially designed for both interior and exterior use. It is ideal for non-structural sealing applications where minimal joint movement is anticipated. This versatile product can seal and bond a wide range of common building materials. While it offers high UV resistance, it is recommended to avoid direct UV exposure when using this product outdoors.
Directions
As a sealant, apply in joints with a maximum expected movement of 20%. Ensure the joint has the correct dimensions to absorb movement between building materials. The joint depth should be in proper proportion to the joint width; a general rule is a 1:1 ratio for joints up to 10 mm wide, with a minimum of 5 mm in both width and depth. For joints wider than 10 mm, the depth should be the width divided by 3, plus 6 mm. Always use a backer rod to ensure the correct joint dimensions and to avoid a three-point contact. As an adhesive, apply in vertical stripes with a 10-20 cm gap between each stripe, ensuring proper ventilation. Avoid applying the adhesive in dots. Limitations
Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene, or bituminous substrates. Not recommended for glazing joints, natural stone, mirrors, or pools (due to chlorides). Not suitable for continuous water exposure. Prolonged UV exposure may cause discoloration and reduced UV stability.
