ROCKWOOL FirePro Acoustic Intumescent Sealant is designed for fire-stopping thin linear joints and sealing penetrations that pass through fire-rated divisions. This sealant is suitable for use with Coated Batt installations and can also effectively seal small linear construction joints and individual service penetrations, depending on the application. Besides offering a reliable fire and smoke seal, the sealant enhances acoustic performance by effectively sealing linear gaps. Available in 310ml cartridges, 600ml sausages, and 5L tubs, it provides up to 4 hours of fire protection in joints up to 50mm in walls and floors when installed according to the relevant data sheet and supporting details.
