LIMITATIONS
Sika® Forever White Powder Wall Tile Grout is unsuitable for use on floors. Always mix with clean, fresh water and allow the adhesive to dry fully before grouting. Protect the area from running water and frost until completely dry. Do not use in situations where moisture could become trapped within the substrate. Tiles should be left for at least 24 hours (or 3 days on non-porous surfaces) for the adhesive to cure before grouting; longer drying times may be required at low temperatures. Grouting too early can cause discoloration of the grout, which is normally Arctic White. As the manufacturer cannot anticipate all possible applications, it is the user’s responsibility to determine suitability for their specific use. If in doubt, contact the Technical Services department for guidance. In all cases, the manufacturer’s liability is limited.
ECOLOGY, HEALTH AND SAFETY
Users must read the most recent Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before using any Sika products. The SDS provides guidance on the safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemical products and includes physical, ecological, toxicological, and other safety-related information.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT
All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as adhesive residues, paint, or dirt. Tiles should be left for at least 24 hours (or 3 days for non-porous surfaces) for the adhesive to cure before grouting.
MIXING
Mix approximately 2 parts powder to 1 part water to form a smooth, lump-free paste. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes, then re-stir before use.
APPLICATION
Apply the grout using a cloth or squeegee, ensuring it is pressed fully into the joints so that no voids remain. Remove any excess grout with a damp cloth before it dries. Protect all grouted areas from running water and frost until fully cured.
LOCAL RESTRICTIONS
Performance may vary due to specific local regulations. Consult the local Product Data Sheet for exact application instructions in your area.
