Arboseal Intumescent Tape is a flat, preformed intumescent strip made from synthetic rubbers and selected fire-resistant materials. It deforms under moderate pressure, providing good surface tack and recovery. When exposed to flames, the tape expands and chars to block the passage of fire and smoke. It is recommended for use in HVAC metal ducting, as well as in glazing internal and external FD30-rated timber fire doors and screens.
