Sika Everbuild Stixall is a solvent-free hybrid adhesive sealant that combines silicone and polyurethane technologies. It is designed for bonding and sealing many common building surfaces, making it useful for general fixing, repair, installation and sealing work indoors or outdoors.
Stixall is often chosen for jobs where a standard grab adhesive may not provide enough flexibility, or where the surface may not be completely dry. It can be used for suitable construction materials such as timber, metal, glass, ceramic, masonry, plasterboard and many plastics, subject to the manufacturer’s compatibility guidance.

For best results, surfaces should be clean, sound and free from loose dust, grease, old adhesive or flaking coatings. Heavy items may still need temporary support while the adhesive cures. Always check the current product data sheet before use, especially on natural stone, specialist plastics, bitumen, permanently submerged areas or load-bearing applications.
Stixall is often considered for similar adhesive sealant jobs to products such as CT1, but suitability should always be checked against the materials and conditions involved.

Stixall can be used for sealing and bonding in a wide range of areas; the following are just some examples:

APPLICATION
All surfaces must be dust free and clean prior to application. Surfaces may be damp, but have no standing water. For plastics, light abrasion is recommended to deliver the best adhesion. Can be used under water for emergency repair.
LIMITATIONS
Use on overhead applications
â–ª Always use in conjunction with mechanical fixing.
â–ª Use in conjunction with mechanical fixings for glass block fitting or large mirrors (>0.5 m2 total area).
â–ª For heavy items, provide temporary support until adhesive has cured.
â–ª Do not seal mirror edges/plastic sheeting until adhesive has cured.
â–ª In areas of high UV, some darkening/discolouration may occur. This will not affect the performance of the product.
â–ª Overpaintable. Check compatibility with specific paint before over painting large areas.
â–ª Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticizers.
▪ Not for use as part of a glazing system. Not for use in aquarium manufacture. Use EVERBUILD® AQUA MATE®.
▪ Not for use in conjunction with bitumen, or asphalt. Use EVERBUILD® WEATHER MATE®.
â–ª Yellowing can occur in predominantly dark conditions.
â–ª Certified as a sealant for internal use only.
