EVERBUILD® 2-Part High Performance Wood Filler is a fast-drying, weatherproof filler suitable for both interior and exterior wood repairs. This durable 2-part system sets hard in approximately 30 minutes to a strong, shatterproof finish that can be sanded, stained, painted, varnished, or dyed. Once cured, it offers excellent flexibility and can be drilled, nailed, planed, or carved with ease.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: If the filled wood is to be stained, always choose a filler colour that most closely matches the original wood, not the intended stain colour. As fillers may absorb stain differently to surrounding timber, test on a small area first. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, stable, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants that could affect adhesion. Light sanding is recommended to improve bonding. For areas affected by wet rot, remove as much decayed wood as possible and treat the remaining area with EVERBUILD® Wet Rot Wood Hardener to create a solid base before filling.
APPLICATION
1. Mix approximately a golf ball-sized amount of filler (38 mm diameter) with a 38 mm strip of hardener until a uniform paste is achieved.
2. Apply firmly into the repair area, leaving the filler slightly proud of the surface to allow for sanding.
3. Allow to dry for around 30 minutes before sanding, staining, or finishing as required.
LIMITATIONS
– Do not return mixed material to the pack
– Avoid contact with skin and eyes
– Discard unused mixed material after 10 minutes
– Test a small area first to confirm colour match
– Users should determine product suitability for their application; contact technical services if unsure
