Sealoflex Premium Construction LM silicone, perfect for sealing external door and window frames. It offers rapid curing, strong adhesion properties, and includes uPVC adhesion promoters. Formulated for both indoor and outdoor applications in these specific areas, it boasts excellent adhesion to numerous non-porous substrates. This versatile sealant is your go-to solution, waterproof and water-repellent, UV and weathering resistant. It’s easy to work with, highly elastic, available in seven colors, and adheres to most non-porous surfaces.

Sealoflex Preium LM is ideal for the following applications:
• Suitable for use as a perimeter sealant.
• Ideal for weather sealing window and door frames.
• Suitable for joint sealing and infill panels.
• Sealing of different materials, including wood, aluminium, and PVCu.
• Useful in building and joints between different materials with high movement.
• Suitable for alkaline and metal surfaces.
• General adhesion with fast curing.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation: Ensure that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, dry, and free from frost, grease, and loose materials. Porous materials should be primed for optimum adhesion. Apply the product using an applicator gun, ensuring good contact with the surfaces. In cases where an exceptionally neat finish is desired, employ masking tape to cover the joint’s face edges and remove it immediately after tooling is completed.
Tooling: It’s important to tool the sealant immediately after application, within the working time specified for the product.
Note: Sealant may tear if exposed to movement before it is suitably cured, therefore joints should be protected from movement for at least 3 hours after application.
LIMITATIONS
• Porous surfaces should be primed first.
• Do not use on surfaces where water can penetrate
through porous materials without carrying out remedial work first.
• Not Suitable for use on natural stone.
• Not suitable for use with aquaria.
• Not suitable for use on bitumen or asphalt.
• Risk of yellowing in low UV light situations.
• Sealoflex Construction LM cannot be painted.
