Sikafloor®-360 Level Fibre is a fibre-reinforced, cement-based, protein-free powder designed for smoothing and levelling uneven floors and screeds from 3–60 mm when mixed with water. It is suitable for use with underfloor heating systems and contains powdered polymer, removing the need for costly separate latex additives. When mixed according to instructions, Sikafloor®-360 Level Fibre produces a free-flowing compound that sets in just 4 hours and can be overlaid after 8 hours under normal conditions.
This product can be applied up to 60 mm in a single layer and is heat-resistant, making it ideal for embedding underfloor heating. Its added fibres and polymer provide enhanced flexibility and low shrinkage, while offering excellent workability, fast setting, and the ability to be overlaid in 8 hours. It achieves a walk-on time of approximately 4 hours at +20°C and delivers a smooth, hard surface finish. The formulation is also protein- and formaldehyde-free.
Key Points:
– Suitable for up to 60 mm depth and compatible with underfloor heating.
– Fibre- and polymer-enhanced for flexibility with low shrinkage.
– Fast setting: walkable in 4 hours and ready to overlay in 8 hours.
– Produces a smooth, hard surface and is protein/formaldehyde-free
Shelf Life – 6 months (when stored as directed).
Storage Conditions – This product must be stored between +5 °C and +25 °C in unopened bags clear of the ground in dry conditions and protected from excessive draught.

LIMITATIONS
Always mix Sikafloor®-360 Level Fibre with clean, fresh water and prime floors as directed. Never exceed the recommended water quantity, as this will reduce strength and may cause cracking. Apply the product while the primer coat is still tacky. This product will not resist rising damp; in such conditions, use with 908 BLACKJACK® D.P.M as directed. Only mix quantities that can be applied within 30 minutes, and never attempt to reconstitute set material. When multiple coats are required to achieve the desired depth, allow each coat to dry for a minimum of 8 hours at +20 °C before applying the next layer, and re-prime between coats. Do not use below +5 °C. For internal use only. Existing concrete, screeds, asphalt, or bitumen must be at least 4 weeks old to avoid cracking or crazing, and moisture content must be below 5% Tramex index. Foot traffic can be applied after 4 hours, and the product can be overlaid after 8 hours at +20 °C; curing times will be longer at lower temperatures or over low-porosity substrates.
ECOLOGY, HEALTH AND SAFETY
Users must read the most recent Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. The SDS provides guidance on safe handling, storage, disposal, and contains physical, ecological, and toxicological data.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Concrete or screeds must be at least 28 days old, dry, clean, structurally sound, and have an effective damp-proof membrane. Surfaces should be free from grease, dust, and loose particles. Apply only at ambient temperatures between +5 °C and +20 °C.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Prepare floors by dampening with clean water, then prime with SikaBond® PVA+ or SikaBond® SBR+ (1:3 with water) for wood, cement-based, or low-porosity substrates. For highly porous substrates, apply two coats of primer: the first diluted 1:4 with water and fully dried before the second coat. Degrease and roughen existing glazed tiles or asphalt before application. For timber floors, ensure all boards are screwed down securely at 300 mm centers. Apply Sikafloor®-360 Level Fibre while the primer is still tacky.
MIXING
Mix with clean water only. For 20 kg of Sikafloor®-360 Level Fibre, use 3.4 litres of water. Always add powder to water—do not exceed the recommended amount. Mix in a clean container using a mechanical mixer with a spiral paddle at slow speed until a smooth, consistent mix is achieved.
APPLICATION
Pour the mixture onto the prepared floor and allow it to self-level. Lightly trowel to maintain a maximum thickness of 60 mm. For further finishing, let the surface stiffen (45–60 minutes), lightly sprinkle with water, and trowel to a smooth finish. Additional layers, each up to 60 mm, can be applied once the previous coat is dry (minimum 8 hours at 20 °C). Prime between layers using SikaBond® PVA+ or SikaBond® SBR+ (1:3 with water).
