Mapei Malech Primer is a micronized acrylic-based primer in water dispersion.

Silancolor Tonachino Plus
Silancolor Tonachino Plus is a silicone resin-based coating in paste form with great filling capacity for a rustic finish. It’s recommended for finishing off internal and external walls where particular environmental conditions are open to the growth of algae, mould, and fungi due to its excellent water-repellent properties.
Tonachino Plus is specifically designed for buildings in coastal and rural locations. It contains added anti mould and algae protection for these conditions.

Silancolor Basecoat is a coloured, silicone resin-based based paint in water dispersion, with micro-granular quartz and selected charges. It is used to even out the absorption of the substrate and promote bonding of multiple coats of paint or layered finishing materials from the Silancolor range.
Silancolor Basecoat works in synergy with coloured finishes to increase the duration of the protective finish and increase the water repellence of Silancolor finishing systems.
Surfaces treated with this have a uniformly rough finish which makes it easier to apply multiple finishing
